| DESCRIPTION | Two plant expansions consisting of a 136,750 SF manufacturing & warehouse expansion and a 24,000 SF addition incorporating a 14,000 SF loading dock. Building construction consisted of relocating existing precast panels, columns and spandrel beams, new structural steel frame, split face block and concrete masonry units, 11,000 SF of new engineering offices were incorporated in the larger addition. | |
