| DESCRIPTION | Maintenance Facility I was the original project performed for TIMCO at the Greensboro Airport. The first hangar is 183,000 SF and was completed in September 1991. Two further projects were negotiated with TIMCO. Maintenance Facility II is an 82,700 SF aircraft maintenance hangar. The pre-engineered steel structure is approximately 70 feet high, has a clear span of 208 LF and was built during a four month period at the end of 1994. Maintenance Facility III is a 92,000 SF hangar which was completed at the end of 1995. This hangar also has a three level mezzanine and an elevator which was added at a later date. | |
